Speakeasy Callshop Manager
The Speakeasy Callshop service is hosted by the Speakeasy Voipswitch platform and runs with software installed at the Callshop that works on the Windows operating system.
The Callshop administrator can launch the Speakeasy Callshop application and then Login to the Speakeasy Voipswitch via a secure Login Username and Password.
Once into the Speakeasy Callshop application the administrator may view the calls made by the Callshop clients and in real time and monitor the following:
- . Connection status
- . Dialed Number
- . Call Duration
- . Callhistory
- . Call Cost for all calls made (amount to be paid by the client
The call data relating to each client is presented in a graphic form (as shown) that clearly shows the administrator the status of client accounts.
